Disgruntled yes, store owner no. How are they improving their offering with the same dumb specials? No quality control as each store is independent. Not competitive in price or quality, just hit and miss hoping that someone will buy groceries because it's convenient. Idiots
Coles bought 5 of the biggest IGA supermarkets in Perth about a year ago (I think same owner reading the writing on the wall getting out) I'd expect to see that trend continue, break off some here and there also aldi and wow can get in on the action. IGA supermarkets are most likely going to end up super delis and all the corner delis will be shut up shop.
Good luck with your investment, it seems undervalued and fundamentals are all there, even paying dividends. I wish I could buy but I just hate these idiots too much
