    There was another article today, page 9 in AFR, referring to the new mining act in W.A. whereby companies will now have the right to explore without the need to actually mine on an indefinite basis.

    Anybody care to guess what impact this will have on the CAZ / RIO saga, if any at all.

    New law came into effect last week.
