So you'd trust a random firm over a PwC? FYI I came from the big 4... whilst now looking at companies from the otherside, risk focus can be somewhat different to buyside but if I had my money in a company I would feel a little better, not much, but still better with a top tier audit.
Even mid tier is questionable but anything below that is basically accountants begging for work...
