Bit more commentary....
Senex Energy has a lot on its plate with 3 major developments: the Atlas gas field in Queensland, Western Surat Gas Project and Cooper Basin oil deposits. So what will happen if its cash flow tightens? Senex ranks Atlas highest for capital should rationalization be required, Canaccord says. That's significant for investors who saw Western Surat as first priority. "In our view, this could see a slower ramp-up in WSGP if funding is tighter than forecast," Canaccord says. Senex's cash balance of A$82M at end-Dec was around A$20M below Canaccord's forecast, and down from A$135M at end-June. ([email protected]; @dwinningWSJ)
