the use of FCC shows the BIG management is smart and I would do the same to my customer if I can get a finance company to it for me. The $9mil worth of shares to FCC is fair given that BIG get substantial income from the scheme, and why would any one will do it for free for you to make millions?
To me, this is a typical AFR jerk who has no idea how the real word money is make. Its good to know BIG make money the smart way. Look at Harvey, Coogan, and all the other car yard, everyone use interest free loan to make big buck.
