i was looking into it and it appears that BIG was issuing shares at 20 cents each during 2017-2018 to a finance company (FC Capital), which would then give cash advances to customers of BIG, and it would be a circular movement of credit.
I think people are pissed at the issuing of cheap shares to the same company giving out cash advancements to customers so receipts can go up in BIG and the finance company also wins even if not everyone pays them back?
I am not entirely certain on this being dodgy or not, but I will be sitting back and seeing where this leads.
The only negative I can see is issuing very cheap shares to the finance company, but apart from that? idk
