My business is in the digital space and to be totally honest if I took that approach I would be out of business. Customers are really hard work and even harder to keep happy but customer support to keep retention rates high is crucial.
We deal with car dealerships, which for a local business are rather large. Usually 50 plus employees, millions in stock and fixed assets but to keep them on track to use our platforms we are constantly sending out ideas and suggestions to stimulate them. Just life I guess and built into our pricing.
If we sold and ran in our market I would be down at Centrelink now.
