    OMG! Customers offered finance! Non event.

    The shares issued - at the time of issue they were fairly valued, sharp appreciation in SP due to awesome cash generation by BIG makes them ‘appear’ to have been undervalued. Not the case though.

    BIG have cancelled deals where it was no longer valuable to the company to proceed.
