This is clearly beyond journalism now and it's he's really after the company. After attempting to use the 2013 audit as an anomaly he backed up with this article. I can't imagine he gave Big the opportunity to answer any questions with any reasonable amount of time.
So what is he really saying?
He wants to know the terms of the agreement with FC Capital.
He suggests BIG is issuing shares contravening ASX rules though provides no evidence.
He wants the ASX to investigate.
If the ASX has a think about it they may want to investigate his role in price manipulation. This may really be turning into something!
