Yeah it should refer to all issued securities, listed and unlisted. Is that the first time those options are referred to?

Again, I'd be thinking they should have issued a 3B in conjunction with the announcement re FC capital (or referred to it in the announcement itself), otherwise how are holders supposed to know that FC would be issued securities under that deal? Through a vague reference to unlisted options in a future 3B?
