If you have a look at the filing Ryzie posted yesterday, it lists BIG as a Public Coy for the audit year in question.
Look the numbers in the accounts for that year are peanuts and so you could say BIG DEAL (forgive pun) but the question is, was it all above board and if not was the die cast right from the start.
