The reality is your brother probably has ruined lives or relationships over trying to make an example out of BIG un. I hope he is satisfied and can live with that.
I was lucky I got in early so what I lost is on paper, I genuinely feel sorry for people that sold out because of a disclosure issues when the company was worth $10 or $20M market cap.
Reality is you can pick thousand of issues with probably 3/4 qtrs of the small cap shares and penny stocks.
