One idea - SDV partner Ganfeng, synergies that AT mentioned as being brought to the deal would be ability to jointly develop downstream processing at all three sites, Mt Cat, SDV and JB.

Probably just wishful thinking, but they are aggressively positioning themselves and have deep pockets. Having Austrade involved in the negotiations is interesting...
