You guys are missing the point. Personally, I dont care if its vented but I dont make the rules (sadly). The people who do / will be making the rules in a months time do care. The CO2 will need to be dealt with. The effect is that by the time you remove the inerts from the gas stream, gas flows will need to be effectively halved to account for non-CH4 content and the costs in handling it. In any case, even without carbon lunacy, you cant put ~35% CO2 into the sales stream.
