    Vis a vis "The same with the recruitment of these STARS"....mmm... you are right... without them...there is no hope... not even Dennis Noto has a clue what to do without these STARS.....even if they manage somehow without these STARS, and that is a big IF, the lawsuits would probably bankrupt them somewhere between 2022 & 2030 ....so, everyone .... please sell ASAP!

    ...now on a more serious note...

    ...could you please tell me what exactly these 'STARS' did in the last 6 & 12 months? What was their real value add as independent non-executives? ... my view is that CA & ASIC case have now successfully been delayed ...so mission accomplished...the company don't need them anymore... they did what they were hired for ... it is time to get focused on executing the strategy again...and to find independent no-executives with the particular specialisation & connections... but then again, I am mindful that there is probably more to this story than we will ever know... but 'noise' in the bigger scheme of things!

    ...what is more important is that the company is still deemed venture capital....pre-revenue....and should be valued accordingly- taking into account the following:
    1. Risk profile: whether they can execute their strategy with the current clients mentioned in late 2017- difficult one to ascertain at this stage without breaching any of the confidentiality agreements (NDA's);
    2. whether they have the resources (skills & money) to do the above-mentioned- facts are they still have >$70M in the bank and currently spending ~$5M/quarter on development costs and all the relevant key staff is still intact;
    3. The potential...whether they will crystallise a sustainable FCF of....$1M ...$5M...$20M per annum;
    4. And whether any of the current lawsuits would be successful...and whether the payouts will have a material impact on the business's as a going concern- again difficult one...all I know is that if the integrations are successful and the share price is say $8/share in two years ...I would find it difficult to believe that there would be any case for losses due to alleged 'misrepresentation'....attributed to the fact that nobody told these shareholders to speculate in the first place... by selling their shares at a loss ....that is why delaying ASIC & CA cases were so imperative at this stage!

    So the bottom line is probably:
    ...if you weigh up the potential immediate risks & long term opportunities... the current enterprise value of a negative ~$30M is just silly.... but luckily the most informed know that the current share price is driven by speculators...not investors... and as I have said before...anyone could triple or half the share price at this stage with say $1M....just look at what happened to the share price in beginning or April 2019.

    ...so...it is a waiting game like any other Venture Capital investment...and yes, there are plenty of risks...but there is far more upside for me. So, if I were you...weigh up the potential opportunity cost of a potential ad hoc trading halt due to positive integration update (share price open >$4+) or a scenario where GSW has received a takeover offer for DHL/Fed-Ex or someone that needs a 'vertical integrated last mile delivery platform with A.I.' that could optimise a $200 Billion annual delivery problem

    ....just hoping that there are more sellers out there, so that I can continue my strategic accumulation - but, I have to say, it proves to be hard work due to mediocre volumes. But most of the 'haters' here know this...that is why they still 'hating' while they are accumulating shares ...so easy to convince ignorant people... if these idiots just stop selling due to this "ongoing scaremongering campaign" from accumulators ...this share price would probably jump to $1-$2 etc...in a jiffy...

    ...so, please continue to 'hate'...and please sell... I am in desperate need of more shares....
