I think the collection agencies are within their right to commence bankruptcy proceedings when fukwits who have money ignore them and won't pay what they owe. I am an accountant and quite concerning to see clients who refuse to pay and sook and make excuses and delay and delay but since the invoice was raised have gone on two overseas trips - this is who CLH are filing bankruptcy on, complete scum sucking low life dregs of society and thieves to be honest.

Most people, I would think, would have to laugh outright when they hear banks talking about their values.
Debt collection wouldn't be a nasty business if debtors didn't try to avoid resonsibility.
