To use a TIFF File format, (good thinking Richard)
will give you endless openings of this file without any loss of the image, unlike a JEP file.

will give as 'clear as it gets' file/image as good as a RAW file.

however the negative is, it will be a larger file than a JEP file, which will lose upon each opening of the file.

the image is from a Newspapper cutting therefore a TIFF file would be ideal, even better than using a PNG or GIF which are ideal for images containing text.

if your computer thingie has problems opening a TIFF file, try to save the file to your HD and then open it in a Picture type program.
