There was an asx digital media business taken private by fox last week I think for a 60% premium on trading share price, very positive for lvt holders. If I was Karl I’d very happily listen to offers, so much unnecessary negativity around an Aussie founded tech company who have done amazingly well to create a $60+m revenue business in a handful of years, no other aussie company has EVER done that. Good luck to the decent shareholders out there who have invested positively in the company, the other negative holders and downrampers are unfortunately just part of the investment community, sad people who don’t contribute anything to society other than greed and unnecessary nastiness.
