Agreed , CIY is very cheap at the moment , making it quite vulnerable to a takeover. Not sure if the rumour is true though , only time will tell. Now is probably the best time for consolidation (aka M&A) activity in the property sector , everything's really cheap. THe downside is that the cashed up (eg LLC,GPT) are sitting on their cash instead of devouring the weak.
