    the first rule of investing is: if you don't understand how a company is structured or what it is doing - then you shouldn't be invested in it.


    I don't hold BBI but the confusion, as you put it, is so rife that I don't care if it has the potential to increase a thousandfold, I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole....
