The guys at Fairfax and other reporting organisations are completely understaffed (due to the recent cuts).
Can I suggest whenever you read something that is factually incorrect send the writer a polite email laying out the facts. Their email address is usually at the bottom of the article.
They will appreciate it and it will make a difference, take the time to do it.
