agreed.
the thing is i think the LLC model is broken.
the concept of a fully integrated manager i’m not convinced still works.
i am convinced global geography does not favour this model anymore.
LLC makes money when government gives them land for free to develop so that’s the revenue KPI but the margin KPI is being eroded through bad management and bad business decisions time after time.
you would think having everything in house would manage the margin but clearly it doesn’t for LLC.
