I wouldn't say its a misunderstanding - just goes to show what was happening that the previous board just let go through to the keeper. Disgusting to be fair. If other Directors approved this in "lieu of" other director fees, there should be a record and it transparent in the financial report under the Director renumeration section...Why someone as rich as Bortoli felt he could treat it as a personal ATM who knows how the wealthy justify their actions. Anyways, the upside is Mr Murphy picking it up and dealing with it, he should probably step down to be fair.
