It just says that several small cap companies have undertaken rights issue's in order to achieve new distribution channels and/or commercialise their technology and that for some it has been successful (ie) mentions polartechnics as one of those (share price gains etc). It then says what polartechincs does towards the end of the story but doesn't elaborate anymore on future expectations. All PR is good PR though !
Not so sure that the rights issue has been that successful though. Maybe from a commercialisation / future distribution point of view but not really on a share price increase point of view (yet anyway !).
