    You are clearly forgetting one thing

    You will get absolutely no arguement from me that the price will not be anywhere near 4.40

    But those groups doing due diligence got past round one, before they got accesss to data / lenders etc.

    Why would MR etc let clowns into the bidding room that had offers below what they were willing to accept. And do you think MR, instos etc would accept an offer less than the current SP?
