Just like the good Farite I am I will not be dragging on this endless discussion of PE.
But then again I just might;
I'm right with you on that PE point Mr.H. WPL will have constructed the agreement to suit their needs.
The mentality of their counsel will have been indelibly altered after the Timor episode whereby our foreign office committed illegal acts to gain a corporate advantage for WPL.
With that background support and the learned inherent disregard for other countries (especially poorer/disadvantaged states) I could very well imagine what they "arranged" in that agreement.
Maybe it's time for a little judicial karma don't you think Doc?
