I interpret that WPL have proof of current ownership, but they are worried about certainty of that ownership in the future.
SNE is WPL's until the ICC decide otherwise. Status quo has to change for FAR to benefit and WPL to lose.
If FAR drop the case, WPL remain,
If the case drags on for 5 years, WPL remain until then,
If FAR lose, WPL remain,
If FAR win but ICC decide a compensation payment is appropriate then WPL remain
