If FAR win but ICC decide a compensation payment is appropriate then WPL remain
My understanding of this arbitration ,is that it will not determine if any compensations should be paid.
In the context of Declaratory Relief ,they will determine a yes or no to the question of , did Far have and were they afforded their right to PE Conoco's 35%. and no more.
