Coleman himself has said arbitration is untested in Senegal.....so legal opinion means zip IMO.
If FAR win WPL will not get the asset. FAR will have 30 days in which to pre-empt.
It actually does not matter what Coleman says as WPL are not party to the arbitration....he can say what he likes.
Either FAR have pe rights or they don't....its a simple question really and 3 men in Paris will decide....not Coleman or anyone else for that matter. DB
