Won’t argue and am not a lawyer nor a legal expert however:
Think that there is a provision whereby they can throw out “frivolous “ cases, to use PC’s description.
I think it was 3 months or something. Even vaguely remember emailing FAR about it. It is so long ago that I can’t honestly remember.
Someone body here will fill us in?
There was a thing about the case being “accepted “.
The Alzheimer’s thing is that I am really into “ mindfulness “. Lol.
