WPL must be aware that delays to project development could justify intervention by the Senegal Government. This action could prove to be detrimental to both WPL & COP so maybe this is WPL's way of distancing themselves from the smell by demonstrating how responsible they are towards the cause.
It's not our fault president Sall ! it's those over there they cannot stop arguing we are just trying to get the show on the road and do the right thing.
Yes, cracks in the wall are definitely starting to appear and they are not visible on FAR's side.
