Here's a thought. What are the chances of WPL simply walking away from Senegal using the excuse "We couldn't commit without a guaranteed title so have decided to invest in our other projects". Could be the perfect scapegoat with them probably having a good idea of COP's chances with the ICC.
Why not capitulate and say it was FAR's fault to their shareholders when it was them not sorting out things properly.
I'm just a little suspicious about them bleating about their possible commitment problem at this stage of the game.
