IMO they wont walk away, they could delay FID and point the finger at FAR as WPL are not party to the Arbitration and warned that FARs action could delay the project, or if they dont want to delay they do a deal with FAR where they farm in to Gambia and give FAR some free ride and % in SNE in return for FAR waiving their rights in the arbitration and closing down the case.
