Whiskey can you point me at the gazettes that said COP, CNE or FAR have participation in the JV? (I looked but could not find)
I dont think the ASX would look to kindly on WPL if the miniteriel arrete did not exist, I suggest WPL will sit on this and use it only if they need to move to arbitration over lease problems caused by FID delay.
