Not sure that will happen MR H ,they just got to much to lose .
I am sure with all the work they have put into it and money ,they will fund a way to settle this situation .The only ones that will lose out big time will be COP .They may end up losing all the money they made on the sale ,and serve them right .
In the mean time lets get that drill bit going .
