If it is true and not fake news, I reckon it could be good for GLE and Paducah, because it could mean that the enriched tails material will help with security of supply for the US and also help money wise for the US due to less imports of Uranium, both of those things are a plus for the US and they will also get part of the next generation of fuels required for the coming Gen IV SMR's.
Just my opinion though.
