    Yesterday, CPU spokes person do not deny AFR article on p.18...

    Under the defamation law, can the victim (presumably CPU officers) sue AFR for damages if it is not true?

    As CPU state: "... AFR article contain incorrect and misleading inference..."

    I wonder will they bring this matter to court?
