theres no way ex ceo going get over $100 million , when nuix is at $300m market cap..
the court will look at today market cap and make a reasonable judgement..
no one want nuix to collapse , it wont benefit anyone..
also there going be lot of companies want to takeover nuix , once this chaos is over...
