Be realistic, AVZ is not BHP or RIO, with very little experience, resources and shallow pocket, a long and protracted legal process will decimate the company even it has a strong case, legally against its opponents or the DRC government.
AVZ has nil, zilch chance of success without a credible backer(s) or Aust Government support.
A small minnow against the resourceful Chinese companies and corrupt DRC government, very strong leadership is required to navigate a tiny path to survival between legal fight and compromise without losing the pants and respect.
