The Ann today stated they they were being investigated by ASX and ASIC. Now they didnt have to state that explicitly, they could have left it out or stated it more covertly.
My guess is that BIG want the market to know right now they are being investigated by the watchdogs, because they fully expect to be vindicated after the investigation and they want the market to know who vindicated them.
Once its clear ASX and ASIC are happy, the BIG show should be on the road again.
