Ok, so Smokinale would have to be a related party to BIG by virtue of the Massie connection. So the shares issued to Smokinale for services rendered as per AGM papers are not disclosed in accordance with Corporations Law, because if you look at The AGM papers it specifically says something about " no shares were issued to related parties of the company".
Am I right or am I wrong?
