    Exactly!! That's why I don't understand all the fuss from non-holders.. But now that there all these question marks they will need to clarify.. I'm guessing (assuming BIG were asked by the ASX) that they just pointed to the agm resolutions & annual reports (which explain the issuing of shares for services rendered), then the ASX would have asked for further detail..
