I find it very interesting that the AFR has barely covered the potential Trump tariff of 25% on steel and 10% tariff on aluminium.
The fact that Australia exports an estimated $274m worth of steel and $276m of aluminium to the US and only gets a brief article in the AFR seems a bit wrong considering that the AFR supposedly has its best interests in identifying anything that would hit our superannuation or investment decisions.
I would have thought a long article on the impact of these tariffs to our big mining companies as well as those specie stocks that many people seem to hold here but don't hold BIG.
