I think you will find that the directors and former directors as well some of the business owners that Slaters took over own quite a bit of the common stock. I think someone mentioned at the AGM that AG owns around 7 mill stock.
So if you include all of these directors and business partners who were paid in stock and cash and I think they are still holding then who else could run this company?
