    Noodly, I have been pondering the private takeover or buyout scenario for a couple of days now.
    Is TNG being set up for a cheap "takeover" or a cheap "takeout" ?
    Are there very powerful forces at work here that simply do not want this project to happen? and those powerful forces have control of the current management and board. ?
