i m starting to suspect they purposefully left the takeover until now as they have just achieved bringing their new blockchain technology to market. They have achieved many milestones and growth through their webbeds business and not to mention this is an Olympic year when they are expected to be busy.
i know john Guscic has a bit of a reputation of being business savvy so if they were looking for a takeover, they certainly picked the right time to do so to reap maximum value for shareholders!
