IMO Fair price is in the $17's ... T/O shouldn't be entertained unless above $25 (originally felt $20 was reasonable...but there is so much growth in WebBeds and the Reschain tech)... we can't let this sell too cheaply.
How many big holders do we have that could sit on their hands in the event of a board approved price which is lower than liked?
Also watched a few NZ companies be majority taken over recently with the remainder of their shares remaining on market - which I thought was great for the small investors and staff who may have held and wanted to maintain holding - rather than the compulsory acquisition that otherwise takes place.
