Surely any bid will be north of $20 as there are multiple parties looking at them so a lot of competition. WEB should grant 3-4 mins due diligence then ask them for their highest cash offer each then make an ASX announcement if it is OK that they will endorse the offer in absence of higher bids and give other parties 30 days to up their bid.
KPMG prob charging WEB a couple of million for that exact advice.
