I m with you on that one!
I don't think i ll even be tempted to vote for any offer under 18 dollars. Afterall its the opportunity cost we are all forgoing here. And we all know how much growth potential this company has. Not to mention the divvy's we'll be missing out on!
i think 20 is fair value and premium would be 21 plus. I would prefer not to get a takeover approved and i ll be voting against any offers i see as not paying a premium for this company. As shareholders i think we all reserve the right to insist on the right deal or no deal!
