The buying recently will have been by Livn Group + placement and options at a premium I guarantee went to Livn Group or whoever is involved.
Whats also huge is the KPMG M&A head being involved. Working at the big 4 accounting firms basically quarantines you from being involved in deals. Given hes involved he must have high expectations for this company. As in it could be his future after KPMG.....
It already has existing clients and has huge backers. Couldn't ask for more.
